At Accenture, Mind Shift Specialists assist a payroll and employee records teams for a major retailer. They take care of many of the detailed, repetitive and transactional tasks that were previously split or rotated through team members. Key skills include consistency, reliability and focus throughout the task to minimize errors.
Ginny Justice, the Team Lead on the Payroll team, says, "Our team is only as good as our people and Darren is the best at what he does. His work product is timely, consistent, dependable and he has low or no errors in his work. Many of the tasks that are well suited to his strengths are tasks that others on the team don’t find engaging, so he provides a balance to this team I have not experienced until we hired Darren. This process has been a positive one for our team, it has challenged how I think about hiring and how I staff my team. And at the end of the day, we are a much better team for having Darren here."
Christy Heinle, the Team Lead on the Employee Records team says, "We were looking for candidates to do some work on our team that is fairly repetitive and consistent in nature. These are not always easy roles to fill. It was suggested to me to take a look at Mind Shift and I am so happy that I did. We have two great people that were suggested to us to work on our teams.
